LARGEST DESIGN CONFERENCE IN KUWAIT: The theme compliments the vision for this year’s Nuqat, as it will create an open forum to discuss, exchange and debate the ideas revolving around the development of visual communication in the region. We believe that there are no such bad elements in design, there are only bad compositions. By bringing together professionals and students of this field we hope to enrich the cultivation of what can be conceptually average into aesthetically appealing visual. Creative Editor Wafa Alobaidat was invited to lecture and discuss how she aims to fight visual pollution in her career and through her creative platforms. Sketchbook Magazine was a supporter of the event, and an exhibition of our art work was organized by PR Director Saja Altherban and Dahlia Mahmood’s design agency.
